And in addition to recognizing the Mime Troupe's over 60 years of speaking truth to power with our free political musical comedies, tragedies, and farces this year the focus of our event will be on celebrating 25 years of our acclaimed Youth Theater Program (YTP) - where we bring students from under served communities together, and give them the skills to create, direct, and perform their own stories, helping them be the next generation of activist/artists we will all need in the future.

The San Francisco Mime Troupe 2021 fundraiser will be an hour of music, comradeship, and a special live performance of the next installment of our critically-acclaimed radio/podcast series "Tales of the Resistance!".

And yes, at the end you will be asked to make a donation and/or become a ongoing supporter of the Mime Troupe.

Why?

Because it’s a fundraiser!

Please Click Here to RSVP for FREE!

But be ready to pull out your credit card at the end of the event!
We hope many of you will consider becoming monthly donors or even pledge to donated year for the next 5 years.

Our goal is to raise at least $50,000 by the end of the day on March 13th, 2021.

We look forward to having you learn more about the Troupe, to hear from past & present Troupers, and to learn more about this most unique of people's theaters, and our plans to overthrow capitalism, injustice, and oppression one musical comedy at a time.

And one of these days we will get it right!

The San Francisco Mime Troupe

is in solidarity with all the protestors across the country who are standing up for the rights of Black Americans, and fighting against the brutality of the violent systemic racism that has always been fundamental to America.

To live without fear of death by the hands of police, to live without fear of death at the hands of neo-Confederate terrorists, to live without fear of economic oppression based on race - these are all things any American should be able to take for granted.

But the atrocities that are the root of those fears are baked into the foundations of this country. we know that the United States was founded on stolen Black labor, and that our institutions, the police specifically, were designed to maintain the inequality that benefits the owner class. We encourage you, our audience, to always be part of the revolutionary solutions to support the serious goal of dismantling white supremacy.
